DSK Sues for False Allegations. – It's About Time Somebody Did!
By Eric Ross, Ph.D.
The international financier Dominique Strauss-Kahn, known as DSK, seeks damages for his arrest, which included jail time at New York's Rikers Island Prison and house arrest, for losing his job as managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and for harm to his reputation causing him to drop out of the race for Presidency of France. His countersuit seeks at least $1 million in damages plus an undetermined amount of punitive damages. [Fn-1]
“You have to understand something,” DSK said sometime ago about his libertine pursuits. “Libertinism consists of having free and consensual sexual relations.” Therein lies a huge cultural difference and his downfall: in the U.S. women can act like sexual predators a la Kim Cattrall's character Samantha Jones in Sex in the City, who screws everything that moves within 50 ft of her. For the French man, the head of the IMF and aspiring President, the "libertine" sex was the beginning of his end.
Diallo, his accuser, a single mother who immigrated from Guinea, has not worked since the incident a year ago, claiming now “a shoulder injury,” which she allegedly sustained during the encounter with Strauss-Kahn, said one of her lawyers, Douglas Wigdor.[Fn-1] Needless to say, as the US laws require, Diallo was under the police protection as a "rape victim,"and the general public did not even know her name until the day she gave a well-rehearsed performance at her press conference.
A year ago, on May 14, 2011, Dominique Strauss-Kahn was arrested and charged with the sexual assault and attempted rape of 32-year-old Nafissatou Diallo, a housekeeper at the Sofitel New York Hotel in Manhattan. NYPD detectives took him off his Paris-bound flight at New York City's John F. Kennedy International Airport just minutes before the takeoff. The U.S. State Department informed Strauss Kahn that his diplomatic immunity did not apply to this case.
He was arrested on the spot, handcuffed, paraded in front of the assembled TV cameras, and was later charged on several counts of sexual assault and unlawful imprisonment. A chorus of TV talking heads was shaming him, feminist legal commentators having a Schadenfreude fest, demanding he be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Applying a “reasonable woman standard,” the man deserved a conviction of rape and sexual assault on the account of his marital infidelity in the instant case, as well as having an alleged “history” of it.
Strauss-Kahn was accused of a litany of felony charges — two of criminal sexual acts of forcing the housekeeper to perform oral sex on him, one of attempted rape and one of sexual abuse — plus three misdemeanor offences, including unlawful imprisonment.
The costs of legal defense against such allegations are enormous. Just two weeks after his arrest, he UK Telegraph put the total cost of paying for his legal defense by then at $3 million, plus the $1 million cash bail backed by a $5 million bond. [Fn-2]
The accuser, Nafissatou Diallo, was very believable and extremely emotional, describing terrible abuse she suffered at the hands of DSK, shedding tears, and making the special crimes’ unit female detectives enraged with DSK, yet… every time giving new and mutually contradictory details of her “terrible ordeal” at the hands of the alleged abuser.
Twenty-eight hours after the alleged sexual assault, she talked to her boyfriend in an immigration jail in Arizona, saying "Don't worry, this guy has a lot of money. I know what I'm doing, " The New York Times quoted a government official saying.
Apparently, so did the accusers in other similar cases: the Kobe Bryant’s accuser, whose knickers bore traces of fresh semen of other men, or the accuser of the Duke University Lacrosse Team. Interestingly, the Duke university accuser was arrested in 2010 on charges of attempted murder, first-degree arson, assault and battery, identity theft, communicating threats, damage to property, resisting an officer and misdemeanor child abuse, and in late 2011 found competent to stand charges to the stabbing murder of her boyfriend. [Fn-3.a-b] In the US, no such evidence is relevant, when the woman says she was “raped.” Throughout these trials, a certain undeniable pattern emerged, with money, and false allegations as means of getting it, being key.
“Nothing changes one very important fact, namely, that Dominique Strauss-Kahn violently sexually assaulted the victim inside of that hotel room at the Sofitel,” said her lawyer even despite irreconcilable contradictions in her accusations. “Violently?”, “sexually assaulted?” – Really? Is it a “fact?”
We simply may not, cannot have false allegations of rape in America, because our most esteemed legal scholars, such as Katharine A. MacKinnon, have told our lawmakers "any heterosexual sex is rape of a woman." [*] So, evidence does not count, as long as the woman says it is rape… unless the accused can assemble a legal dream team, that would circumvent the legal hurdles of somehow introducing the evidence.
It's interesting how well some immigrants to the US, legal and illegal, learn to take advantage of the politically-correct “New Speak” of the Violence Against Women Act, even before entering the country. American “feminist jurisprudence” in general, and VAWA in particular, have made the meaning of such heinous crime as “rape”, anything the woman wishes. If you are a woman, come to America, it is always an open season here on men of means, and there are scores of righteous lawyers, who will show you the way to riches (and attempt to siphon the men’s worth into their own pockets in the process.)
Diallo told investigators a compelling and detailed story of being gang-raped by soldiers in Guinea — a shocking story, which she fabricated in its entirety. She even told a story of genital mutilation, another hokum. She struck all the chords on the feminists’ violin, but she got rather confused about her inconsistent lies. She claimed to have only one phone, while paying hundreds of dollars a month to five phone companies, as well as paying large sums to individuals, known felons, depositing almost $100,000 into her bank savings account over the previous two years. Evidence developed suggesting she routinely provided extra “services” to hotel guests as means to supplement her pay. [Fn-4]
She told her lies with great emotion, precision, and conviction – with tears, with halting speech and trembling voice. She hid her face down in her hands, she spoke of the number and nature of her attackers. She pointed at scars on her body that were supposedly from the attack. She told a heart-breaking story of her 2-year old daughter whom the soldiers pulled out of her arms and threw on the ground, and how the child witnessed the “abuse.” Except all of it was an act and none of it ever happened, as she later had to admit. [Fn-5]
Meanwhile, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the front-running candidate for President of France, faced 25 years in prison for seven criminal counts, including attempted rape and was in prison or under house arrest.
Forbes estimated that combined worth of DSK and his wife was at more than $100 million. DSK, the diminutive of statue "rapist" must have been rather adventurous (or off-the-scale Masochistic) to trust (or more appropriately "to thrust" – remember we are talking an alleged "rape" here? ) his manhood into a full set of razor sharp teeth in the mouth of Ms. Nafissatou Diallo, a rather large woman. What a sick rapist, indeed!
Given his high post of the head of the IMF and his leadership in the Socialist party of France, and being a leading candidate for the 2012 French Presidency, it's rather unlikely he'd be even inclined to so "rape" the underprivileged maiden, unless she fully cooperated. Although France invented the Guillotine, it is doubtful that its front-running Presidential candidate would so risk Presidential penis, vitally important to the prestige of the country and his personal wellbeing.
Unfortunately, there are plenty of enterprising potential “victims of rape” scouting the American landscape for deep-pocketed targets, but it is only men with truly large monetary resources, such as DSK, who can successfully legally defend themselves against these vultures. DSK, the Former Chief of the International Monetary Fund, who successfully defended himself against these ridiculously false allegations, is one such example. Meanwhile, the false "victims," such as in the DSK case, are aided and abetted all the way by the scores of unscrupulous lawyers and prosecutors, in search of c0ld cash and political capital.
Culturally, DSK is not an American man. He refuses to accept that in the culture of "blame the male," libertine attitudes are for women only, and that he will be declared a rapist at any opportunity. He is not resigned to being emasculated and forced into paying a ransom settlement on the threat of continued public humiliation; he is probably infuriated with the shakedown and the continued barrage of false allegations, as Nafissatou Diallo is now perusing the case in the civil court with its low standard of proof. All she needs is to gain sympathy of a judge, by shedding a tear or describing her “injuries.” A consummate actress, who cries convincingly, she is using the American legal system to get her pot of gold one way or another.

Notes: Some More Lies She Told
LIE: “I cowered in fear after DSK’s attack.” She told a grand jury under oath that after DSK assaulted her, she fled down the hall, where she cowered until she saw him leave for the elevator. She then immediately told her supervisors of the attack, she said.
TRUTH: She eventually confessed to prosecutors that what she really did after the “attack” was clean two hotel suits, including DSK’s Suite No. 2806. Only then did she tell hotel staff what had “happened.”
LIE: “I was gang-raped by Guinean soldiers.” DSK’s accuser swore in asylum paperwork that in retaliation for her family’s political opposition to Guinea’s dictatorship, she had been beaten and raped by a mob of soldiers. Prosecutors say she sobbed and “appeared distraught” as she recounted the ordeal.
TRUTH: “She admitted that the gang rape had never occurred,” prosecutors told defense lawyers in legal documents. “Instead, she stated that she had lied about its occurrence and fabricated the details.”
LIE: “I have two children.” Prosecutors say that for the past two tax years, DSK’s accuser declared she had two children as dependents on her tax returns.
TRUTH: She did so “on her tax returns for the purpose of increasing her tax refund beyond that to which she was entitled,” prosecutors say in court papers. She is actually the mother of only one child, a 15-year-old girl. – Not a biggie, really. Timothy Geithner, the U.S. Treasury Secretary, cheated the IRS of a lot more money, and it was fine.

Celebrating Families. Who is the Evil Empire Now?
By Eric Ross, Ph.D.
When Harry Crouch, NCFM President, asked NCFM members to find examples of celebration of family, men, and parenthood, I replied almost immediately with a rather sarcastic note. It was about what many American fathers know as their sad reality:
““Good luck finding celebration of families, let alone men, in the Good Ole' USA. It is so off-the-scale politically incorrect to praise families, let alone fathers, that I would be surprised if any such celebrations were officially recognized or acknowledged at the town level, let alone county or state. The opposite is true: It is quite all right in the USA to bash the institution of the family, and to malign, humiliate and denigrate fathers in particular.”
Badass Putin, playing with dolphins. |
Badass Putin |
Compare this with Barack Obama speech on Fathers Day in 2008: “… We'll admit that what [sic] too many fathers also are is [sic] missing - missing from too many lives and too many homes. They have abandoned their responsibilities, acting like boys instead of men.”[Fn-2] – Really? Or with his phony “folksy” quip on 2010 Fathers Day: “Too many of our men brag about doing the stuff they're supposed to do. They say, 'I'm not in jail!' Well, you're not supposed to be in jail!’” [Fn-3]
Just when President Barack Obama got to chastising America’s fathers in 2008, Russia established its Day of Family, Love, and Faithfulness, as a national holiday, which follows the old Russian religious tradition of St. Peter and St. Fevronia of Murom, the patron saints of family and marriage. The Russian Orthodox Church sanctified this ancient Russian couple into Sainthood in the 16th Century. The two reportedly had their arguments and a share of differences, he – a prince, she – a peasant girl, but when they wed in the 13th century, it was on the condition of being equals in marriage. The legend has it that the couple’s love was so strong that the two died on the same day and were found in the same grave, even despite being buried in separate plots. Even death could not part them. [Fn-5]
As President Medvedev and wife stand together in the Chist the Saviour's Cathedral, Prime Minster's Putin wife is absent, following rumors of the birth of his illegitimate son with Alina Kabaeva. |
Putin, Jr.? Or not? |
Vladimir Putin declared 2008 the Year of the Family. But his zeal to promote family (and higher birth rates) went perhaps too far when a new holiday called “Family Contact Day”, on September 12, encouraged Russians to stay home and engage in marital intimacy in the hope of producing babies by Russia Day − June 12.
See RT TV’s clip titled “Russia celebrates day of love, family and fidelity” here.
Sure, we can crack jokes about Russia’s Family Contact Day, when the nation is given a day off work to get busy making babies. But think about it: While we crack jokes on comparing medals for the vicissitudes of twenty five (25) years of marriage to those awarded for gallantry in war, the mere existence of such a medal shows at least the intent by the government to promote respect for marriage and family, even if skeptics might criticize it.
Compare awarding medals to Russian families who have stayed together, to the celebration of Fathers Day in the USA -- marked by media frenzy, lecturing “dead-beat dads” (most of them unemployed and destitute in an economy permanently disfigured by structural unemployment, worst in the last 40 years.) While the United States of America marks the “celebration” of Fathers Day by establishing more “domestic violence” programs [Fn-3], and mass-arrests of “deadbeat dads”[Fn-4], it is good to know that at least the former “evil empire” celebrates what people have always loved and cherished – family and parenthood.
Compare Russia’s celebration of the family with the anguish and pain of millions of fathers in the Anglo-Lingua (Anglosphere) world, where fathers have been forcibly removed from the lives of their children by our most wonderful, “social democratic” governments, which have long ago fallen into the lap of feminist fascism. Compare it to fathers who have not been able to see their children for years due to vengeance by their ex-wives and girlfriends, alienating children against their fathers, with the court’s blessing and help.
But in the former “Evil Empire,” the celebration of The Day of Family, Love, and Faithfulness, is marked with weddings, concerts, church sermons, merrymaking, bouquets of daisies (which symbolize fidelity) and family feasts.
There is yet another celebration of families in Russia. It honors large families. Families with a large number of children (over four or five) are celebrated nationally, with a once-a-year-televised ceremony in Kremlin, where the President or Prime Minister delivers an address at the annual reception for parents and their children, and awards dozens of parents the medal of "Parents' Glory." Speaking at the ceremony last year, then Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said that without a strong family, without children, the country had no future. He heartily congratulated and thanked the mums and dads for raising wonderful children.
Russia’s large families are profiled on Russian television and in newspapers, which includes some coverage of what these families do right, such as teaching their children family values: hard work, high academic achievement, excellence in extra-curricular activities, in studying music and art, dance and sports, in taking care of several generations of family members, especially so toddlers. In this respect, political correctness in Russia is diametrically different from the “values” and political correctness promulgated throughout the U.S. by our government, its political and educational institutions, hell-bent to divide and conquer.
Did Putin have an affair with Kabaeva? How the hell would you or I know? Some Russians continue to fantasize. It's a cheap shot, but can you blame them? |
Undoubtedly Russia has its share of political mud-slinging, scandals and economic problems. Obtaining a divorce in Russia is easy and usually out of court, so Russia’s divorce rate of 3.36 per 1000 of population is high, giving Russia a dubious distinction of being the third highest divorce rate country in the world, after the United States (highest at 4.95) and Puerto Rico (second place at 4.47 divorces per 1000 of population.) [Fn-7]
The fact remains that Russia’s government policies at least try to uphold the marriage, family and family fidelity, while the United States family laws promote divorce, fighting for access to children and using children as pawns to get more money from the aggrieved non-custodial parent.
American feminist journalists continue to opine that Russia is a "backwater Patriarchal" country, "hypocritical" in celebrating families and children vis-à-vis its high divorce rate (even though the divorce rate in the U.S. is much higher, 150% of the divorce rate in Russia.) Yet, unlike the bureaucratic governmental organization in the U.S., the government of Russia shows genuine concern in its desire to strengthen families. In any respect, the dominant cultural traditions in Russia, as well as its governmental policies, have markedly greater respect for families, parenthood, and childhood than the contemporary American culture, dominated by the cacophonous “discourse” by the male-bashing, gender-feminist "vanguard." A great deal of the American “cultural hegemony” comes from the elite, of whom many would more appropriately belong in an insane asylum, while others are shrewd vultures, gorging themselves off the carcasses of the dying Western Democracies, which they busily “deconstruct.”

a) If you wish to watch some televised coverage of Russia’s celebrated large families (fluency in Russian required), as an American observer, you will notice a stark contrast to the American cultural attitudes: Russian fathers are praised as the heads of their families, decision-makers and educators of their children. They are praised for passing on the family traditions to the younger generations, unlike American fathers, who are viewed as mere breadwinners (or turned into mere financial slaves, post-divorce.) Talk about anything else. Student loans. Birth control. Hooded sweatshirts. Heck, even talk about eating dogs.
By Dr. Milton R. Wolf, a Washington Times columnist.
(Dr. Milton Wolf is President B. Obama's cousin, and an articulate critic of Obama's policies.)
So what’s a president to do when his stimulus has failed and his health care takeover is even worse? Avoid them at all costs. Talk about anything else. Student loans. Birth control. Hooded sweatshirts. Heck, even talk about eating dogs. Anything besides the two issues that define his presidency and threaten our republic.
It’s Obamanomics and Obamacare, the intertwined strands of evil DNA, stupid.

Mothers Who Molest Their Children
By Eric Ross, Ph.D.
Repulsive and sick as it is, incest, including that committed by mothers, is an ugly crime. Yet, when women molest, the societal taboos and the Western cultural chivalry result in a virtual ban on an honest discussion of their conscience-shocking behavior. We either "do not want to know” or would rather forget that women do molest, kill, and manipulate their children. At best, we search for "reasons" to explain-away such ugly behavior on various convenient excuses, designed to satisfy our romantic, chivalric cultural mythology of saintly motherhood, going back to the first centuries of Christianity.
Why do they really do it? – There is often (but not always) a discernible method to these women's "madness": it is not unusual among "mothers" mastering the "fine art" of manipulation, to be motivated by seeking and gaining mental and emotional control over their male children by sexually seducing them. By turning her young son against his father, the malignantly narcissistic "mother" transforms the child into her “avenger” for the “transgressions,” often imagined, which she may believe were committed by the child’s father. Incest may become part of the mother's efforts to alienate the child from his father. More often than not extreme parental alienation and emotional manipulation by mother results in folie a deux relationship with the disturbed mother and ends up tragically, leading to the child’s criminal behavior in life. (See, e.g. Tucker L.S., Cornwall T.P.: Mother-son folie a deux: a case of attempted patricide. American Journal of Psychiatry 1977; 134:10:1146-1147)
In other cases, sex with their sons is no more to these "mothers" than a primitive bodily function, which in their Troglodytic minds of the dregs of society, trumps the law, ethics and basic moral barriers. Other reasons may include the added sexual excitement of breaking the law and societal taboos.
Here's the latest example:
<< Napa police said that videos captured on the boy's phone show Atkinson allegedly performing oral sex and having sexual intercourse with the teen in February. She's also accused of sending sexually explicit images to the boy electronically. "Atkinson and the victim are aware they are biological mother and son," cops said in a release.
The boy's father, who has sole custody, obtained a restraining order against Atkinson,The Weekly Vice reported.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/05/01/woman-had-sex-with-son_n_1467202.html?1335880755&ncid=edlinkusaolp00000008 >>
This case is reminiscent of another incest case, circa 2009-2010, that of Aimee Louise Sword, of Waterford, Michigan, who tracked down on the Internet her son, whom she had given up for adoption as a toddler. Having made a contact with the 10-year-old boy, the 35-year-old "mother" began a sexual relationship with him, which went on for several months undetected, before the boy's legal guardians found out. Her lack of responsibility and restrain absolutely confounded psychologists.
This essay is not a comment on the specific cases of Mistie Atkinson or Amie Sword. Rather, it is a musing about much larger phenomena, from the pop culture painting women as "nurturing saints," when in reality many are master manipulators who molest their sons and mess with their minds, to the psychology of family relations, the "divorce battles", "Gender Wars," and the Family Law, deliberately made and kept adversarial.
Because of the adversarial “Family Law” system, set up by the states’ Bar Associations to benefit, first and foremost, the legions of hungry lawyers, of which the U.S. has more than the rest of the world combined, America’s parents are forced to compete for the “custody” of their children in fully blown "Divorce Battles" and the raging "Gender War." In this war, children – despite their “resiliency,” falsely alleged by the beneficiaries of the hostilities, the lawyers – suffer dearly, often maimed psychologically for life, and for generations to come.
Jocasta, Oedipus and Medea Complex
In psychoanalysis, the Jocasta complex is the incestuous sexual desire of a mother towards her son. It may be a latent manifestation of her desire to control her child. Mothers seeking to spite the child’s father, may engage in extremely harmful behaviors, including sexual and psychological seduction of the child, appealing to the male child's deeply rooted and inescapable Oedipus complex (competition with the father for the mother’s affections), universally acknowledged as the central concept in all schools of psychoanalysis, from classical to post-modernist.
Jocasta, Oedipus' mother, who became his lover and wife, was a much tougher enigma for Oedipus to crack than the Sphinx. |
Oedipus and Sphinx, by Gustave Moreau, 1864 |
“It is the fate of all of us, perhaps, to direct our first sexual impulse towards our mother and our first hatred and our first murderous wish against our father.”
(Sigmund Freud, The Interpretation of Dreams, chapter V, "The Material and Sources of Dreams", (D) Typical Dreams, New York: Avon Books, p. 296.)
In some most pathological cases of Parental Alienation, women seek to harm their children, or even kill them, deliberately, in order to hurt the children’s Father (Medea Complex):
“When the mother wishes to punish the father by turning their children against him, she is also aggressing against the children. In her unconscious, both the children and the husband represent the same thing… and destructiveness is wished on them both. In short, a mother who brainwashes her children against their father has a Medea Complex.”
(Robert M. Gordon, Ph.D., The Medea Complex and the Parental Alienation)
Eugène Delacroix. Medea about to Kill Her Children. 1838. Oil on canvas. Louvre, Paris, France |
While a dishonest, heartless parent may engage in a campaign of alienating the child from the other biological parent, she is often aided and abetted by the family court. The government, whose effectiveness is magnified by its virtually unlimited power, often acts as an omnipowerful alienator against one or both parents.
Key to Effective Brainwashing of Children: Removal of Parental Authority, and Substituting “the Village” for One or Both Parents
A child is a moral and political tabula rasa. The Latin phrase means a blank slate, on which his/her grownup teachers and indoctrinators can inscribe any toxic ideology. When the biological father, usually the source of moral guidance for children, is removed, the state can brainwash the child as Nazis did, without having to overcome the resistance from the ethical and moral barriers, usually instilled in children by their biological parents. These barriers allow the normally-developed adults to distinguish good from evil. But the state needs children who can be told what is good and the state will use every opportunity to screw with the youngsters' minds to fit the state's needs.
Tabula rasa is also featured in Sigmund Freud's psychoanalysis. Freud saw personality traits as being formed by the family dynamics. (For extreme cases see, e.g., Oedipus complex, Jocasta complex, Medea complex above.) According to Freud, humans lack free will, in that they inevitably become the product of their upbringing; and also – the genetic influences on human personality are minimal when compared to the person's upbringing. In psychoanalysis, one is largely determined by one's upbringing, and we all intuitively and empirically know this to be true. Now, pause and ponder over this ... Isn't it why totalitarian governments always claimed the young generation of people to be their own?
You may find many events in history that show totalitarian regimes forcing the parents out or destroying them, then assuming their role. See, for example www.Logos-Publishing.com.
From Hitler’s Third Reich, to America’s Fourth Reich, governments, "leaders" and governmental organizations systematically remove parents – particularly fathers – from their children’s lives, so the totalitarian State could turn these children into its obedient slaves, efficient operatives, and cannon fodder. As Hitler said in his programme book Mein Kampf:
"Only the greatness of the sacrifices will win new fighters for the cause, till perseverance finally receives the reward of success.
But for this, one needs the children from the great masses of the nation. "
In the U.S., it is the Family Courts, who harvest children en mass; in Nazi Germany it was the youth organizations linked to the Nazi Party, NSDAP:
